  6. Payment Information — If you purchase a paid plan, billing details are handled by trusted third-party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.
  • Process transactions and send related confirmations and invoices.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When no longer required, we delete or anonymize the data. Aggregated or de-identified data may be retained indefinitely.

10. Children's Privacy / COPPA

Our Service includes features and content directed to children under 13 (such as "Imposter questions for kids" and classroom features). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. Where portions of the Service are child-directed:

  • We mark such content/pages as child-directed within our AdSense account configuration.
  • We do not serve personalized/interest-based advertising to children under 13. Ads on these pages are limited to non-personalized (contextual) ads as required by COPPA and Google's child-directed treatment policy.
  • We collect the minimum information necessary for the Service to function and do not condition a child's participation in any activity on the child's disclosure of more personal information than is reasonably necessary.
